Chin Huat (Zhen Fa) Steamboat at their new location beside Novena Square.. =_=" so much smaller.. we waited 1.5 hr b4 getting in!!! taste much better!! especially their tom yam soup base.. price also better =( haha from $12 to $19!! Comparing FRESH prawn (the one in bright orange) and dead prawn!! oooooo soo much difference neh~ New buffet spread include sushi, salad spread, BBQ (even have bbq sweet potato) and tepanyaki, deserts like choco foundue, tartet, brownie and fruits~~~ not bad for that price.. but mind the queue~~~Updated!

you can try that steamboat also, cheap, no gst and service charge
inho may like it, can also ask for unlimited kimchi and beef bulgolgi
if want to spend a bit more, ask for crabs (not included in buffet)
